This website is owned and operated by Delta Smoke Distributors. The terms “we”, “ours” or “us” are in reference to Delta Smoke Distributors.

Limited Liability
Any products purchased in store or online comply with all federal, provincial/state and municipal laws. Products sold on this website are purely for use with legal herbs and tobacco. By purchasing from Delta Smoke Distributors you agree that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state.

Products sold on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or addiction including addiction to tobacco. Products found on this website are for recreational use ONLY.

The user agrees to use the product in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.

Warranties

Herb Vaporizers

  1. Delta Smoke Distributors offers a 6 month IN-STORE warranty on all our herb vaporizers
  2. After the 6 month period, manufacturer warranty will apply
  3. Only the defective item/part will be replaced under the IN-STORE warranty period
  4. Coils are NOT covered under warranty
  5. Proof of purchase is required for in-store purchases

Batteries/Box Mods/Tanks/Concentrate Tanks

  1. Batteries and Box Mods are covered under a 3 month in-store warranty period
  2. There is no warranty period for tanks that are used. Tank leakage can be expected over time and is due to normal wear and tear on the gaskets
  3. There is no warranty for coils
  4. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required 

Glass/Metal/Quartz

  1. Delta Smoke Distributors offers an insurance period for glass items that arrive damaged via the Canada Post
  2. There is no warranty/insurance period for broken glass/metal/quartz products purchased in-store. Items are thoroughly inspected by both staff and customer before purchase
  3. Online warranty claims for broken glass items must be made within 48hours of receiving product (we will request an image)
  4. After 48 hours, the insurance and warranty period is over
  5. Items must be in unused condition for warranty to apply

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there maybe errors, omissions or inaccuracies in descriptions, pricing, promotional offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability of items. Delta Smoke Distributors reserves the right to update without notice or cancel without notice any orders if it is determined that information posted on the website is inaccurate. Orders cancelled by Delta Smoke Distributors due to inaccuracies will be refunded in full within 48hours.

In rare occasions the posted price on deltanewsstand.com maybe inconsistent from the price marked in-store. In the event of a price discrepancy, the website posted price will be considered final.
